Our client is a Tampa-based multi-practice law firm. They have numerous specialties, but wanted to focus on their traffic ticket and criminal traffic violation services. They help drivers with speeding tickets, careless driving tickets, reckless driving, suspended driver licenses, DUIs, bench warrants, and more.
The Challenge
Everyone wants more for less, so we challenged ourselves to increase how many leads we could drive to our client while simultaneously reducing the cost per lead.
Our Strategy
Our client’s previous PPC strategy didn’t meet our standards. We felt it was poorly structured and that it was leading to wasted ad spend and a low conversion rate.
To capitalize on this and drive more leads for our client, we performed a full account audit, identified the issues, and outlined a new plan that was better aligned with the client’s core services and main goals.
We created PPC campaigns to target searchers in need of legal help because of traffic ticket violations and made unique landing pages for the campaigns to test what worked best. We also began call and form submission tracking and monitored KPIs to optimize the campaigns as necessary.
More Leads & A Higher Conversion Rate
Our new ads resulted in 87.65% more leads! Plus, the cost per lead (CPL) went down by over 25%, so our client paid less for each of those leads than they paid for previous leads. Add to that the fact the new PPC strategy led to an increase of 90.48% in the conversion rate, and you have an effective lead-generating machine!
